What To Expect

Getting Started

We provide free estimates for complete system replacements or installs. Our Home Comfort Specialists will come to your home and discuss with you what you are looking for in your next system. From there, our Home Comfort Specialists will prepare estimate(s) that we can move forward on as soon as you give the approval.

After the estimate we provided has been approved, we will schedule a day with you to start the installation process. Our technicians will arrive on site in marked vehicles and fully uniformed. Our technicians undergo backgrounds checks and drug screenings so we can ensure we are sending technicians to your home that will do the job safely.
Before we start work, we put down protectant to protect your driveway and cover all floors in the walkways that we will be using inside your home. We will then start removing all the equipment in your home and keep you updated throughout the process.

We strive to provide a smooth transition from your old system to your new system. Our technicians will install the new equipment and make several checks to ensure it is working properly. We will also make sure your thermostat is programmed to your liking and show you how to change it yourself in the future. We will have the area completely cleaned up of any trash and debris we may have left behind and properly dispose of the old system. Once the system is up and running, we will have a Quality Control Manager come to your home to look over the work, make sure everything is up to code, and that you are satisfied with the install and the work we performed.

After the installation job has been completed, our office staff will enter in the warranty information for your system. You will then get a comprehensive packet sent to you in the mail with your warranty information, all models and serial numbers, invoice and a thank you! Our full system replacements come with a free Annual Maintenance Plan for a full year (See our page on Preventative Maintenances here). We will start this service on the next season and call you to schedule. We highly recommend doing a maintenance on your system annually to keep the warranty valid, keep your system working efficiently and it will last you for years to come!
